Blastoise: now if full color

Blastoise is my favorite pokemon to date, and so I requested ~Chewy-Pokemon to create lineart for him. He did, and so I've colored it as best I can, just a lot of simple stuff brought together to make this effect. Hopefully you all enjoy it, and unless another wild hare idea hits me, THIS should be the last one I'll be coloring in. I'm probably heading back to playing with more sprites after this.
